Create My Canvas is operated by Gary Hunjan, trading from Springhead Enterprise Park, Northfleet, Kent DA11 8HJ. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these terms.

2. Orders

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time. Once an order has been personalised and sent to print, it cannot be amended or cancelled.

3. Personalised products

Because every product is made to order and personalised to your specification, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged or faulty. Please check all personalisation details carefully before submitting your order.

4. Damaged or faulty items

If your order arrives damaged or with a print error on our part, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk with a photo of the item. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch all orders within three working days of proof approval. Delivery timescales are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers or circumstances outside our control.

6. Pricing

All prices are displayed in pounds sterling and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. The price you pay is the price shown at the time of order.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, images and content on this website are the property of Create My Canvas unless otherwise stated. You may not reproduce or use them without our written permission.

8. Bespoke orders

For fully bespoke orders, a digital proof will be provided before printing. Approval of the proof confirms you are happy with the design and personalisation. We are not liable for errors approved by the customer.

9. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for any indirect or consequential loss arising from use of our products or website.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
