1. How long will my order take?

All products are made to order and personalised specifically for you. We aim to print and dispatch your order within three working days of receiving your finalised personalisation details.

For bespoke orders, dispatch is within three working days of proof approval.

2. Delivery options

We dispatch all orders via tracked courier. Estimated delivery times once dispatched:

• Standard delivery — 2–3 working days

• Express delivery — next working day (order must be placed before 12pm)

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and chosen service.

3. Free delivery

We offer free standard UK delivery on all orders over £75.

4. Where do we deliver?

We currently deliver to all addresses within the United Kingdom. We do not currently offer international shipping, but please contact us at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk if you are based outside the UK and we will do our best to help.

5. Tracking your order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use this to follow your delivery through the courier's website.

6. Large format orders

Orders printed at A0 or A1 size may require specialist packaging and delivery. These are sent via a dedicated courier and may take an additional working day. You will be notified at checkout if this applies to your order.

7. Delays

We do our best to meet all delivery estimates, however delays can occasionally occur due to high demand, courier issues, or circumstances outside our control. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.

8. Damaged in transit

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk with a photo of the damage. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible at no extra cost.
