All products are made to order. We aim to print and dispatch within three working days of receiving your finalised personalisation details. Express delivery is available at checkout if you need your order sooner.

Please contact us as soon as possible at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk if you need to make a change. Once an order has gone to print we are unable to make amendments, so it is important to check all personalisation details carefully before submitting.

We print on premium acrylic and foam board, available in a range of sizes from A3 through to A0, and in thicknesses of 3mm and 5mm. All printing is done in-house at our Kent studio using professional Roland and Loki UV printers.

Yes. Our bespoke service allows you to submit your own artwork and we will print it exactly as supplied. Simply head to the Bespoke page, fill in the enquiry form and upload your file. We will confirm compatibility and turnaround before proceeding.

We understand that weddings often require multiple signs across several functions. Please contact us directly at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk to discuss your requirements and we will put together a quote tailored to your order.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at hello@createmycanvas.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the damage. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund as quickly as possible.
